Jumble Story

One day in the park, by the fountain, just this summer, there was a young man sitting there watching a large school thinking about his first days there, “what an unhappy time that was” he thought. Well, no I can’t dwell on the past; I have to get to work, as he walks towards the school he is stopped by the thought of turning around and not going to work for the feeling of imminent doom. Ignoring the feeling he travels to the school almost at the doors he checks his watch and sees its five to three so he hustles to the doors and notices that there is are two unmarked barrels in front of the doors and as he is trying to move the last barrel the bell rings and the doors fly open and he is knocked backwards and the contents of the barrel flies all over him and a bit on a student as he lays there he starts to think of what’s gonna happen now as he blacks out.
As I wake I see people in white all around me, I try to move but can’t as I starts to struggle one of the white suited people notice me and yells to someone outside and twelve large men come in and I start to struggle more and more and then the restraints suddenly snap as I starts to stand, I looks and see that I just broke solid steel. “Wow” I say out-loud and to my own amazement the large guys took out guns and started shooting but none touched me, I looked ahead and all I see is a green mass of grass and flowers. “It must be the contents of that barrel” I though, it was amazing to see I had power over the things I try so hard to save.
I smash though the wall next to me using the weeds growing through the wall. As I starts to pass through I see that there is another bunch of people with powers but then realizes I must leave, as I passes the last cell I see one of my student sitting on the ground surrounded by what looked like water. I tap on the glass as he looks up I see he has no face, I stumble back and feel the need to puke at the sight. I fight the feeling and walk back to the glass and notice he is standing there I hear a voice and wonder what it is. I tap on the glass again and tell him to stand back he doesn’t instead I notice a sort of whirlpool form around him, then I feel the door bending and I use my new found power to help pry the door out and we start to escape together. We then go our separate ways from there.

Four Years Later…………

While I have become what the people are calling evil the person once called my friend is now my sworn enemy. After these long four years he hasn’t captured me yet but on the faithful day just yesterday he has taken me on for the last time we both went in to battle and only one came back out…
To bad it wasn’t me.

My VID

What do you think?

How many have died for you and your families so far, I had counted 118. Many of them leaving behind a husband or wife and kid(s). Why are they giving their lives and why are they there?
These people in the armed forces are in Afghanistan for a reason. There is a group many of us know that are called the Taliban that were first in Iraq, then they attacked the Twin Towers in America. Now we have men and women over there trying to fight the people who did this to prevent anything like that to happen to us because I tell you it would.
Many of the people we may actually know: #5 killed on October 2nd, 2003 Robert Alan Short from Fredericton from a land mine incident along a road regularly used by Canadian patrols leaving Camp Julien. The mines were believed to have been placed along the road two hours before the patrol. Three other Canadians were wounded, #43 killed on 27th November, 2006 Robert Girouard from Bouctouche killed by suicide bomber on bike while he was in an armored vehicle, #47 & #49 Aaron E. Williams from Perth-Andover and David Robert Greenslade from St. John, both killed on the 8th of April in 2007, along with six killed by a roadside bomb while riding in a LAV III (armored vehicle) 75 km west of Kandahar City near the border between Kandahar and Helmand provinces. One other soldier was seriously wounded, another lightly wounded, and two others escaped without injury. They were conducting a convoy security operation in support of Operation Achilles. It was the single worst attack on NATO troops and the single costliest day of combat for Canadian troops. #52 & #53 Allan Stewart from Newcastle and Patrick James Pentland from Geary, on the 11th of April were killed from a roadside bomb 38 km west of Kandahar city. #87 Colin William Wilmot from Fredericton on 5th July, 2008 killed by an IED while on foot-patrol in support of troops from PPCLI in Panjwaii district. #106 Gregory John Kruse from New Maryland on the 27th of December in 2008 was killed by a roadside IED along with two Afghan police officers and Afghan interpreter while inspecting an IED 25km west of Kandahar city. Four other Canadians wounded. #116 Corey Joseph Hayes from Ripples on the 20th of March in 2009 killed when a roadside bomb detonated under their vehicle in the Shah Wali Kot district about 20 km northwest of Kandahar City, while taking part in a massive operation to attack Taliban command centers and supply routes. Three other Canadian soldiers wounded in the blast, all these men were around the age of 22-46. I know it’s a hard thing to think that we are actually doing any good over seas, but when you think on how the country was before we were there, it has come a long way from a dictatorship, mass murders and killings to having a stabled government and little to no murders. Queen Elizabeth even said "to their eternal remembrance, to Canada, to all who would serve the cause of freedom, and to those who have lost their lives in Afghanistan."
I support our troops very highly. Therefore, I don’t have any arguments against this fact, although that many people have died.
So just think of this when another soldier dies in Afghanistan he is giving his life for his country, home, friends, family, and YOU!

analysis of essay

The essay that I was looking at was "Honor Them" by Mark A. on the Teen Ink site. The main piont of the song was that nobody cared that these people over there are dieing for them and they just don't care or take the time to even notice that they are coming back either dead or severly injured. The beggining was something that really caught my attention due to the fact that this person is cleaning up when he hears a plane and helocopter flying over head and acually notices them and why they might be coming back over. The ending is also very well put because they want everyone to take time out of their busy lifes to say a prayer for the ones that still fight and to honor the ones that gave their lives to keep them free.

Fatkat Animation

I didn't find out much more other than that they helped in the animation of Family Guy, which is one of my most favorite shows. I like the layout of the blog because it had alot of videos and alot of info and that they used a cool background of the coffee and the note papers and such. my questions are plain and simple:
1. When did you find out you had this talent?
2. What started you to this?

How to Be a "Ghost"

Have you ever wondered how a sniper goes around usually without being seen or why the soldiers wear weird colors well my friend I can give you the tricks and tips of the trade. This is the how to on the sniper system and the color of camouflage works and the way to camo yourself naturally.

There are a few things to tell you about that are important:
· Sound
· Color(Camo)
· Movement
· Shape
· Shine
· Shadows

To start with we’ll go with how to apply face paints. You shouldn’t think that only color would work but trust me it does.
1. Colors you should go with in forest settings are a deep green, brown, and black. For a winter it is whites, blacks, and grey. For desert are tans, light browns, and black or grey. If you don’t have the true camo paints dark dirt works well and dark green shirts and paint as well.

2. To apply your face camouflage you start with warming the paints if it is the real stuff or suffer a bad rug burn.

3. After that if your using the paints, take the green and apply a small layer to the entire face (with dirt only apply the next part)

4. Now time to rid you of the shine, apply to the forehead and chin and nose small amount in small lines or in blotches either work apply darker colors to the outer part of your face then in the parts near the eyes and cheek apply lighter colors.

5. If you know that there will be a lot of shadows make your colors darker.

The last part is “movement.”
· I will start with what you shouldn’t do
1. When you are camouflaged you should never make any fast, jerky movement that would give away your position.

2. Never stand strait up in is the worst thing to do it is the easiest way to get “hit.”
· Now it what you should do:
1. Make slow, smooth intentional movements

2. Keep low to the ground crouch or crawl if you do have to stand only make it for a couple of seconds.

3. Lastly always say near or around cover. When taking a shot a sniper is always near a tree or rock, in a building they are usually in the back of a room.

Bonus.

Well I am into cars but I do prefer a motorcycle but still I’m going to try and depict my “perfect” car for you. My car would be large but not extremely large about my height. It would be a lot like the old El Camino and it would have a 1.5 inch lift kit. It would have a Holly supercharger w\flaps, an ECU computer kit, forged pistons and two Nitrous Express 5lbs bottle with a performance exhaust.
The color would be jet black pearlescent with white duel racing stripes, the interior would be all red, black, and white leather. The rims are gold powder-coated and black wheel nuts. It would have a carbon fiber body kit and carbon fiber hood. The car would have over 400hp and could speed over 250km\h or 10sec flat on a quarter mile.

The Great Story

I go out on to the school step and all of a sudden the screams of the girls of my grade wake me from my daydream, as I step out between the girls I see a little green frog sitting there not knowing who or what I was so I said, “Mr. Frog I’m going to ask you to leave”. So I start to chase the frog away, he then takes me around the tree and into John’s little red wagon and then when I though I got him, “plop,” he hops out of the little red wagon and I restart our chase, he goes and goes all the way to a little box and, hop, hop, right up into the garbage. “Ewwww” I think, as I smell the terrible stink of the old food and other stuff I don’t know. So I plug my nose and “shunk” I land in after him, “ohh, Mr. Frog you are a terrible one aren’t you” I say as I start to laugh, then the frog hops right out into the bush by the garbage, so I jump in too “oomph” I hit the hard ground.
“Well now Mr. Frog looks like I lost you,” I say saddened.
I start to think, “well I should go join my Indian friends over in my teepee.” I get to it and see there is no one there, “now it’s never fun to play alone” I explain to myself. Then I start my journey to find my friends. I trek thought the big scary cave, there is no one there, and I go in my big truck and drive for miles. I don’t see them and then I run out of gas “poof,” so I travel even father and see that there is a monster of a monster in my way and I see his crony cleaning him, so I run really fast then climb over the colossal red monster and his crony yells at me just as I see my friend playing.
I fool around with them for a while. Then I see a forest near us, so I go and pass through the giant forest and see all these yellow, glowing eyes stare at me. I run as fast as I can to get out of the giant forest. I see a giant skyscraper and I am a super hero able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. “Boing” I hop over it easily and start flying. I fly over a base and they tell me to get away from the base or else they would take my powers, so I leave. Then I hear a bell and race to the fireman’s pole and swing down and put out the fire. Then, I run into the quicksand, but I find a way out because I am a great explorer then I climb the first mountain and cross the lake at the top, I go through another cave, jump over the giant snake pit, climb another mountain and cross the Great Wall of China. Then this magician turns me into a monkey. So I find a tree then I start climbing and I find that I am in the Amazon. As I look around to see the tree tops and the smell of fresh rain and hear all the birds singing, then I get back down and is caught and put in a cage with a loin and before he attacks I escape through the top of the open cage. Now I find another cave with a dragon as now I am a knight hunting dragons, then I run through really fast and steal his treasure and get out and retune to the king for my lunch.
The End!

my second best

This movie Freedom Writers is a well done movie produced by MTV Films/ Double Feature Films/ Jersey Film Productions. Includes Swank (Erin or Mrs. G), Patrick Dempsey (Scott), Imelda Staunton (Margaret), and Scott Glenn (Steve and Mrs. G’s dad), April Lee Hernandez (Ava), Mario (Andre), Jason Finn (Marcus), and Hunter Parrish (Ben) this cast along with Richard LaGravenese as director portray the story of teens with the message of that no race or color is better then any other and that respect means nothing when you’re dead.
This movie is telling the story of the class of room 203 in Wilson high school where there used to be just white people until the integration was formed then there was Latinos, African American, Asians, juvenile delinquents, gang members and under privileged and poor students. Everyday there are people killed over race, color, for respect, and for “territory”. Also a lot of these teen that we fallow are a part of a gang so it shows us their life and what they go through and the racial issue then and still even now.
I myself find that in this movie the actors and actresses portray the parts of the underprivileged and the gangs like they were actually these people in every day life their parts would be difficult to do but these people are like no others then I guess.
I seen one other of Richard LaGravenese’s movies it was P.S I Love You, and I do find that this movie wasn’t as good as the other but the other was more comedic then this but this movie was better in the sense that the acting was better and much more believable.

Mr. Carter
Blackville Talon

Dear Mr. Carter,

I would like to apply for the position of a writer for the Blackville Talon in the Entertainment department.

I believe I should get this position due to the fact that I do game a lot (about 10 hrs a day) and I listen to all music I have no bias to no type of music. With gaming I play on all consoles and all types of the games, I also follow all new, soon to be, and past releases of all games for all consoles. I am not biased to any genre of music of games.
In conclusion though I believe I would become a great asset to the Blackville Talon writing crew and I believe you should give me a chance to prove just how good I am.

Sincerely,
Nathan Hetherington

The Snowboarder

“Bang!” I launch from the gate. My heart racing along with me, adrenaline flowing faster than what I’m going. I look around and realize that I am leading going into the first section of the race.

Speeding down the steep hill, all the people around me a blur, all sound just a muffled mess, towards the first part a set of small woops, as I finish the part a huge hill starts into my view and I hit a trick to show off, stalefish 180, I land and take a look behind me just as another rider flies past me, I hunker down and gain speed. Going down, down the hill faster and faster there is a fork so I take the path to the right and there is an enormous hill looming in front of me. At the top of the hill all my muscles and my brain are screaming at me to not hit the hill, at the top of the hill I push off with all my might and do a double back flip and when I land all I can hear is cheers and yelling, as I look and see the rest behind me as we rejoin the rest of the racers I’m back into the lead. Next up is another fork in the trail and I remember that there is a partial pipe or the rail; I turn to the left towards the rail and I take another quick look behind me and see that the rest of the riders have the same idea. Racing down the rest of the last stretch of the hill the only thing standing between me and my new contract with Bird is that rail. I start to realize just how tired I’m getting and every muscle in my legs are screaming at me to stop and rest but I am determined to finish the race. I hit the jump and the world slows down to a crawl just as I land and my board snaps in two, as I go flying into the rails face first. Now all I hear are faint screams and a loud ringing in my ears and as I fall to my back I notice all the rest of the rider and the paramedics rush to me, all I can feel is excruciating pain all though out my head, as I reach up to feel my head I feel on my face and hand a warm, sticky goo and realize it’s my blood, my blood.

The next day I awake to a doctor and he tells me I’m gonna ok and not to ride any more and I just look at him and just tell him “like that’s gonna happen.”
